we started off badly with the house wine which we sent back, we took a bottled primitivo, the only one they had was absolutely not up to par and that's all I'll say, the starters were plentiful, the broad bean puree was good, the potato panzerotti were good, the fried peppers, sausage and mushrooms, on the other hand the grilled aubergines are those of Eurospin and in such a place I honestly never expected something like this, the pieces of horse dipped in the sauce tradition wants the dish cooked in a different way. Here comes the 'mixed roast, here too we could have done better, some pieces turned out to be very tough. We are the land of good wine and we have spectacular vegetables, given the friendliness of the waiters and the owners I hope they can offer their customers wine produced by the cellars, Vecchia Torre, Conti Zecca, Schola Sarmenti, Bonsegna sometimes a little is enough and the customer leaves a little more satisfied.
