Just waiter was good and foods are ordinary

We went here as a family four times for dinner within a week. Even though the place was always packed, we always got a nice seat in the main room of the restaurant (we only had reservations for Easter Sunday). Reception and waitresses were always super friendly, even in the most stressful times. The food tasted very good every time and the house wine (bottle €10) is highly recommended. The atmosphere is relaxed, you feel very comfortable. Very good value for money! We were so disappointed at other restaurants in the area that we kept going back to Lazzara.

This is our favourite restaurant we’ve been to on our trip to Naples and probably the warmest and friendliest hospitality I have ever received! We arrived around 9pm without a reservation but only had to wait 10 minutes and they gave us a free glass of wine whilst we waited. The food was absolutely incredible, my highlights were the caprese, parmigiana and the spaghetti vongole! We also got the most delicious meloncello after dinner. Our waitress was soooo lovely too!!! We left with full bellies and hearts. Could not recommend this place more.

Excellent address a stone's throw from Toledo. Friendly and attentive service, the girl at our table was very friendly and recommended the fried cod and then in a casserole with olives and capers (splendid) and then paccheri with the catch of the day (fisherwoman) and ziti alla Scarperiello, both from the little shoe. More than appreciable local wine, fresh bread and water for a total of just over €57. We were treated very well and ate equally well, a place passed with flying colors, which I will recommend to my friends.

Great food. We had parmigiano, pasta carbonara & vongole, pizza & risotto! Excellent service. Highly recommended if you are looking for a local trattoria. 30 eur pp.

Wir haben die Trattoria innerhalb weniger Tage gleich dreimal besucht, zweimal à deux, einmal zu fünft. Das Urteil ist eine eindeutige Empfehlung. La Lazzara gehört ohne jeden Zweifel zu den besten und preisgünstigen Gaststätten seiner Kategorie. Die Lage in der Nähe des Municipio und der Stazione marittima ist hervorragend. Der Andrang ist allerdings allabendlich so gross, dass sich eine Reservierung dringend empfiehlt. Weil man nur bei schlechtestem Wetter in das Innere des Lokals gehen wird, sollte das zwar gut improvisierte, jedoch einfache Ambiente im Freien keine entscheidende Rolle spielen. Der Service ist flink und freundlich, die Organisation des Teams staunenswert. Aber das alles ist nicht mehr von Belang, sobald man die Küche kennengelernt hat. Der Schwerpunkt sind Fische und Meeresfrüchte, von den Antipasti bis zu den Secondi Piatti mit Könnerschaft und Eigenwilligkeit zubereitet. Von der Untermittelmässigkeit zahlreicher Falanghine anderswo fast immer enttäuscht, entschieden wir uns bei der Weinbegleitung für einen sehr guten Greco di Tufo von Benito Ferrara, Vigna Cicogna 2022. Und der Höhepunkt? Den setzten, neben zahlreichen Gerichten wie dem "hauseigenen" Pesce al forno, alla griglia, die grossartig zubereiteten Polipetti alla luciana. Gherardino
