Excellent restaurant, very popular, excellent food served quickly. Business lunch at an absolutely advantageous price. A bit chaotic environment because it is very popular.

Exceptional restaurant. They've been open for a lot of years and when you go you understand why. Short menu with simple but well-made things, €16 for first second and side dish. Friendly staff and an informal but friendly atmosphere. It's the third time I've been there and they've never missed a beat!

Convivial place perfect for a simple dinner with friends. Perfect service, kind and competent. Top wines. Very good dishes....the only drawback (so to speak) was the generous doses, after a mixed starter and the first course I was very full, but happy!

Trattoria molto caratteristica e semplice al tempo stesso; accoglienza calorosa ma anche professionale, locale caratterizzato da diversi saloncini dove si può trovare una comoda sistemazione, servizio efficiente e rapido, cibo semplice ed assolutamente apprezzabile considerato l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Che dire, una vera istituzione pinerolese dove ritornerò sempre volentieri ogni qual volta potrò. Vannja

Siamo andati a Cavour volevamo cenare e così per caso in navigatore ci ha indirizzati su questa antica trattoria a Pinerolo si è mangiato bene prezzo nella media . Personale gentile e disponibile lo consiglio.

05/04/2024: I celebrated my 30th birthday in this place: excellent choice!! Modern place, well furnished and with a quiet and intimate atmosphere. Fast and unobtrusive service. We chose the "Torino" tasting which I recommend in particular for the agnolotti del plin which were delicious and the perfectly cooked fillet en crusted with breadsticks. All dishes reflect tradition but are delicately modernized and are very tasty. Not bad wine list.

06/04/2024: The cartwheel pizza was excellent, I found the one with courgettes, pistachios and buffalo ricotta slightly less tasty. But overall great experience. Quality ingredients and impeccable service
