Don't be discouraged by seeing the queue in front of Trattoria Sabatino every day because the place is worth the detour.
Helpful staff, fast service with a waiter who speaks French well.
Very good Italian specialties and very good value for money.
A little noisy environment.... Italian style....

Very good local restaurant, try the bifsteak with potatoes. Just the potatoes itself dipped in the awesome juices of the meat, tells you what a gem this restaurant is. I hope they dont go too commercialized, keep the food and atmosphere local. First meal in Firenze will always remind me of this place

Typical Florentine trattoria with simple but excellent quality dishes, fast and courteous service, equally simple and convivial environment, you may happen to share a table with strangers who are almost always available to chat, excellent prices and always invoiced, almost always having to make the queuing to be seated without having the possibility to book is a price you are happy to pay.

Una trattoria davvero particolare, intanto è importante sapere che non si prenota, però la fila scorre velocemente, altra particolarità è che si mangia ai tavoli con altre persone, ma la cosa è piacevole. I prezzi sono davvero bassi, ma anche le porzioni non sono abbondanti, soprattutto dei secondi. È una vera trattoria vecchio stampo, ma molto accogliente. Il cibo è buono, da consigliare.
