Excellent place, very large, welcoming, I was there today 04/02/2024, I tasted the "very good" starters, then we chose only the second course, it arrived: pork slices for my son, sausage, grilled LAMB and then the veal. Fantastic desserts. All very good. Welcoming and helpful staff, go there and try it.

The classic pleasant trattoria located along the state road that from Randazzo crosses Floresta to reach the territory of Ucria. Although they are almost all excellent places where you can eat well, this one, in its simplicity, has a very hospitable and warm atmosphere. I was there on weekdays and in winter, when there is less confusion, and the owner's pride lies in the fact that the products they serve come strictly from their own farms. The meats are excellent and the house dessert, a dry ricotta and chocolate cake, is worth tasting for its goodness and freshness.

Ottimo ristorante, proprietari gentili e disponibili, carne locale e di ottima qualità, tutto buono, dall'antipasto al dolce e al nocciolino fatti in casa. Complimenti !

Ristorante/macelleria. Franca donna stupenda. Gestisce il suo ristorante a km 0 . Verdure coltivate da loro e sapientemente invasate o cotte da lei. Le loro carni uno spettacolo. Hanno un'arca di Noè in fattoria: mucche, maialini neri, capre, pecore, galline ... oche e forse mi sono dimenticata di qualcuno :) 😀 Formaggi e salumi di produzione propria. Ma oltre ad aver mangiato e bevuto bene il calore di Franca ha riempito questa serata. Grazie x tutto ragazzi!!!

26/09/2023: It's true there would be a bit of maintenance to do, but every year I bring my children and every year we always have a lot of fun, I recommend it especially for those with young children as it's not very distracting, the food is also good, we tried the lasagna and they were good, but the lifeguards should be a little more vigilant. Don't miss the music with the foam.

Accurate in the presentation of the dishes and in the search for typical quality products. A place to visit that completes the pleasure of being at the table with the offer of typical hazelnut desserts or the classic Sicilian cannoli.
