Ristorante molto carino, formato da varie terrazze che sovrastano il centro storico. La qualità non è male. Le frittelle che ci vengono offerte, sono fatte in casa e fritte al momento. Tuttavia l'impasto é abbastanza gommoso. I fritti di sapori calabresi non mi hanno conquistato nonostante io sia un amante. Discreti gli involtini di peperoni. Buone la zuppa di cozze, buono il baccalà. Menù abbastanza limitato, prezzi abbastanza alti in rapporto a quanto servito. Personale gentile. Ci tornerò per provare qualche altro piatto e per godere del panorama. Il voto è 3,5 che, però, ho arrotondato a 4 per la location e per la cordialità del personale di sala

In a little corner not too far from the main street, there is this little restaurant that you absolutely must try. You eat on the terrace, outdoors, in these characteristic alleys. The dishes offered are original and exquisite. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fish ravioli with cedar aroma are of indescribable goodness.

Incautamente venuti senza prenotazione in quel di S.Nicola Arcella cercavamo asilo e l'abbiamo trovato dopo molte difficoltà in questa simpatica trattoria che vorrebbe elevarsi a qualcosa di più vista la location sul terrazzo molto chic e i prezzi del menù. Peccato che il voto che possiamo dare alla cucina sia meno che sufficiente, soprattutto da evitare la frittura di pesce che era al di sotto di una frittura surgelata fritta a casa. Buono l'antipasto caldo e freddo della casa e senza anima i tonnarelli con le alici. Seconda nota super positiva dopo la location è la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale, cosa per niente scontata.

Abbiamo cenato sulla terrazza esterna, l'ambiente è tranquillo e pulito, il cibo ottimo ed servizio cordiale e puntuale. Siamo stati tutti soddisfatti di aver scelto questo ristorante.

04/02/2024: We stayed with friends and family at the "square" and I must say that it was an authentic culinary battle....because after the pork-based dishes...another lunch practically began...with starter, first course, second course and side dish... .what can I say truly exceptional!! Nice staff and owner...fast and prepared!! Truly a beautiful discovery/experience!!!
03/01/2024: This pizza restaurant was recommended to me by another pilgrim who passed there before me and I must say that it was an excellent choice, Alessandro and his staff are fantastic... Hospitable, kind, welcoming and helpful 🔝 I found myself along the path of San Francesco di Paola ☀️ and I felt really good from them, in addition to the beautiful and positive words of good wishes and a good journey from the owner Alexander the Great. For a small town like Paterno Calabro it is a beautiful reality and activity... 💯 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

16/02/2024: the fish is fantastic. The staff could be nicer, but maybe I caught the wrong day. however the food is excellent
07/11/2023: Hidden place but definitely worth a try. There is no menu because the proposals are based on the catch, so freshness is guaranteed. We ate a mixed fish starter with marinated anchovies, creamed cod, anchovies and peppers, seafood fritters and breaded prawn tails with the addition of a portion of raw red prawn, phenomenal! As a first course, delicious and tasty parmesan and truffle linguine and spaghetti with clams and musdea, a truly special recipe worth trying. For the second course, a good mixed fried dish. A peculiarity that should not be underestimated is that the owner gives the possibility of organizing boat fishing and truffle hunting trips, we will certainly try them next year. The friendly and attentive staff contributed to the pleasant evening. VERY HONEST account, we spent the right amount, obviously taking into account that to eat good fresh and well-processed fish you cannot think of spending like eating a pizza. In addition to recommending the place, we assure you that next year it will be one of the obligatory stops.
