Excellent food!!!!! typical dishes of Emilian cuisine. Excellent first courses, rigorously handmade pasta. Small, classic old country trattoria.

The place is dated, the outside needs to be renovated but once you enter you are greeted by that atmosphere of an old Emilian trattoria that makes you feel welcome, quality home-made cuisine, a plate of excellent tagliatelle, the lasagna is delicious and without all that cloying bechamel that you find everywhere, the fried polenta is delicious. Typical small town trattoria in the lower Bologna area. An experience truly to remember and repeat! We ate tigelle, fried pizza, fried polenta, mixed cold cuts, the typical tasty lard to put inside the tigelle, squacquerone, beans and (very tender!) pork ribs. The kids went all out with the first courses: tagliatelle, lasagna, tortelli and tortellini. A real treat! The representation of Bolognese on a plate. We will be back!

So much authenticity in the food and ingredients. Ate crescentine and tigelle with mixed cold cuts, lard, stewed beans, ribs, fried polenta with stracchino. We will return to taste other dishes and desserts made by them. Recommended for those who love local cuisine with genuine ingredients but, book otherwise don't eat 😉

Tortellini in brodo da urlo come tutto il resto

Cibo da leccarsi i baffi. Tutto squisito e fatto in casa. Tagliatelle,tortellini...wow! Locale rimasto come ai vecchi tempi ma il migliore in zona a mio parere.

La mia compagna e la sua famiglia frequentano questo ristorante da molti anni e un paio di volte hanno incluso anche me! 😅 La trattoria è ottima con piatti tipici della cucina emiliana! Il top del top (piatti per i quali ci facciamo spesso quasi 2h di macchina per gustarceli) sono i tortellini fatti a mano al ragù e gli gnocchi fritti (che li si chiamano Crescentine) con gli affettati e i contorni annessi (polenta fritta, costine che si sciolgono in bocca e fagioli)! Piatti davvero ottimi! Torneremo sicuramente a trovare i proprietari e a gustarci questi ottimi piatti!

Un posto davvero di altri tempi ma dal cibo SPETTACOLARE Ottime crescentine e affettati. Da provare assolutamente la polenta fritta, i fagioli stufati e le costole in umido...davvero senza eguali. Servizio cordiale in un ambiente agè ma che é poesia assieme ai cibi. Consiglio.
