È un viaggio di sapori e sensazioni uniche da provare almeno una volta nella vita. Davvero straordinario a partire dalla location al personale di sala e quello di cucina. Quest’ultimi sono dei veri e propri artisti. E i loro piatti delle opere d’arte. Complimenti 🔝🔝🔝

Ristorante molto bello , curato e sobrio , all’interno di un hotel che ha la stessa anima. La proposta culinaria è di altissimo livello sia per quantità che per qualità, Solofra è uno chef con tanta fantasia ed audacia ma riesce sempre a restare nei confini dell’equilibrio e della correttezza , la prevalenza di uso dei vegetali sposa tanto la mia idea di cucina. Unica pecca a parer mio , il carrellino di benvenuto con l’aperitivo da scegliere un po’ forzato e soprattutto non trasparente sui prezzi.

04/04/2024: We opted for table service and traditional cuisine. However, the restaurant offers both sushi and take-away food (the classic cuoppo). Excellent quality, fresh and well cooked fish.
26/03/2024: The Cupperia Lo Sparviero Restaurant is a true jewel in the heart of Santa Maria di Castellabate. The atmosphere is cozy and romantic, the food is simply divine and the staff are attentive and professional. The courses are all a discovery of authentic and delicious flavours, leaving you with the desire to return again and again. I highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of good food and impeccable hospitality.
