Expertly prepared quality pizza. Excellent ‘fresh’ organic ingredients. Spectacular cheeses. The sauce flavor is beautifully balanced. The dough is expertly prepared with excellent fermentation, wonderful cell structure & light interior sponginess. The buffala pizza was no less than amazing.

In relation to what it wants to be, everything is good. The shop is primarily a "pizza-to-go" and is not designed to be a restaurant. That's why you have to tolerate the cool ambience. Pizza and Chianti are good. Considering that even the large pizza is rather small, the price is a bit too high - even for Rome.

Trieste Pizza is close to the Santa Maria Maggiore, though a little off the beaten path. The Pizza is truly fantastic. The staff is CRAZY-funny; ready to entertain and interact with the customers. Well worth a few extra steps to reach the restaurant. The pizzas are super fresh and well-made and the pricing is more than reasonable..

Passeggiavo con la mia compagna e vedo molte persone davanti questo posto, dentro tutti ragazzi. Volevo assaggiare la loro pizza ma c'era troppa gente. Quindi saluto per andare e uno dei ragazzi mi dice aspetta e mi offre una pizza. Insisto per pagare e mi risponde 'che non te posso offri' 'na pizzetta'? E che non puoi..ci hai colpito con il tuo saperci fare. Ed abbiamo scoperto una ottima pizza. Ed ottimi ragazzi a cui auguriamo il meglio!

21/03/2024: I tried the StuPisci-Spada, Arancino Polpo, and Polpette Tonno. The food, staff, and atmosphere was lovely! I also liked how each table had a charging outlet.
18/02/2024: It looks like a small street food style place, but it's actually a nice surprise. The main dishes are sandwiches stuffed with fish. The choice varies from octopus, to squid, to swordfish and more. All well seasoned and made on the fly when ordering. The place is small with a few tables inside and a couple on the narrow sidewalk. Parking impossible.
