Excellent restaurant and shop, both for omnivores and for vegetarians and vegans. My partner and I went there for lunch and the service was fast and efficient, the staff polite and friendly, the food very good and digestible, with generous but not exaggerated portions. For those interested in healthy food with plant-based alternatives, the shop also offers many delicious things that make your mouth water. Highly recommended!

14/02/2024: The name of the place perfectly describes the soul of the place. The dishes are carefully chosen as are the food pairings. We took a tasting menu with the main dishes, fassone tartare, plin stuffed with chamois with handmade pasta and other delicious dishes. The environment is refined and comfortable, suitable for important appointments. We left full. Courteous and helpful staff. Fairly large parking on the street. To reach the restaurant you need to enter the alley adjacent to the bar of the same name. I would happily stay here again.
