In the characteristic village of Morgex we stopped to have lunch in this place. The experience was positive, we ate a mixed Aosta Valley starter consisting of ham, mocetta, Arnad lard and fontina; finally I had a good trio of polenta with sausage and meat sauce, while my partner had a decent onion soup.

We stopped for lunch at the pizzeria Vecchio Forno. It was probably the only place in the area that was open, because almost all the tables were occupied. Delicious pizza, homemade wine and pleasant atmosphere. Classic Italian cuisine 10 stars!
