Velcamare In Tarquinia

In my opinion it is the best fish restaurant in the area. The menu is always very rich, but the reason why I love this restaurant is that they know how to combine simple ingredients to create tasty and not at all obvious dishes. They are certainly not the classic seafood dishes that can be recreated at home, but you can see that behind them there is a search for flavors and combinations worthy of a true chef. The goodness of the food is supported by the location and the professionalism of the dining room staff. The only thing I regret every time I go is that I could have gone longer!

sono stato in questo ristorante a fine agosto ho potuto assaggiare il crudo composto da ostriche tre tipi di gamberi e scampi, insalata di mare, sautè di cozze, tonnarelli con crostacei, frittura di bianchetti materia prima eccellente (cosa rara di questi tempi) sapientemente cucinata, ampia carta dei vini e servizio professionale, prezzi adeguati alle portate servite, consigliato.

Excellent fish first courses, super light frying...quality food! Added value is the swimming pool to spend a nice day! Thanks to the owner and the friendly Francesco😀 and all the waiters.

Excellent fish restaurant. Delicious dishes cooked to perfection. Unparalleled marinara risotto. Very attentive and courteous waiters. Highly recommended.

Ieri sera ( 10/08) sono venuto a cena con la mia famiglia consigliato da un mio parente. Abbiamo mangiato una cruditè di pesce, un antipasto con pera e gorgonzola come prima portata. Per primo una linguine alle vongole,un risotto di mare, e un tonnarello ai crostacei .... Buoni ma non buonissimi ..... Per secondo due fritture di calamari e scampi buone. Per dessert uno sgroppino,un semifreddo al caffè, un soufflé e un cheesecake al caramello. (I ragazzi hanno apprezzato molto sia il soufflé e il cheesecake) il posto molto bello ed elegante ma il caposala ai tavoli con la sigaretta elettronica non si può proprio vedere!!!!!

Abbiamo usufruito solo del ristorante con la promessa di tornare e fermarci per il soggiorno, il bel giardino con la piscina e naturalmente il ristorante. Grazie!

Da sempre una garanzia ma questo cuoco è veramente bravo! Sapori unici con abbinamenti squisiti ! Non il solito piatto scontato ma novità e sapori da provare! 💯😋
