The kitchen offers recipes with a contemporary Italian character, with excellent creations such as potato puff, scampi, caviar and hazelnut cream. One of the musts is the service of desserts, rigorously homemade and offered by the pastry chef directly at the table, on a delicious wooden trolley. 🔝

More beautiful than good. The location is unquestionably beautiful, the service aims to be refined and elegant, but personally I perceived it as very forced and ultimately with little real attention towards the customer. Food of unquestionable quality, but unoriginal dishes, nothing that stands out, taking into account the decidedly above average prices, in the end I found the bill excessive for the banality of what I ate. Note of merit to the pastry chef who goes around with the trolley with the desserts on offer, the only problem is that the semifreddo I got was a little melted having been on the trolley outside the fridge for too long. Finally, I felt uncomfortable at the cash register when I asked to split the bill by two and they replied "so the boy doesn't pay?", alluding to the fact that the man had to offer dinner. Sometimes there is more elegance in a genuine trattoria than in a fake restaurant. Not worth the price.

In addition to the suggestive and well-kept location, very good tasting menu. From the land menu, the saffron risotto with ossobuco and veal cheek are excellent. Account consistent with the gastronomic proposal.

The recommended restaurant in Brescia offers an enchanting atmosphere, immersed in an ancient building with frescoed walls and ceilings. However, my culinary experience was disappointing: both the first course and the second course were soaked in excessive sauces, which unfortunately spoiled the authentic flavor of the dishes.

The restaurant offers a refined experience and impeccable service. However, the hare dish did not fully satisfy my personal tastes, which is why I give four stars rather than five. The variety on the menu and attention to detail still deserve to be commended.

Ottimo cibo per un conto ragionevole. Non è colpa del ristorante, ma avere a fianco al proprio tavolo una ragazza che mostra al compagno i capezzoli appena rifatti non sembrava addirsi al locale
