Dear Santo, Vongole pasta was rich and extremely delicious. The buffalo mozzarella cheese I recommend for the margherita was very delicious. The staff was polite and the service was good, and the food was served at a good timing. This is a very classy and high quality restaurant.

Had a wonderful time, very accommodating. Francesco, was very helpful and very patient with us. Lovely person, lovely atmosphere. Definitely would recommend. Food was top notch.

My friend and I ate at the restaurant of this beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly, I informed them of my celiac disease and they immediately took steps to accommodate my needs. Delicious appetizers, I ate spectacular gnocchi with cherry tomatoes and clams (gluten-free) as a first course... and not to end up with dessert, a delicious lemon caprese. We woke up satisfied and will definitely be back!

During our visit to the Vesuvio Roof Bar & Restaurant by "UNA cucina" we were greeted with exceptionally courteous service who gave us excellent wine recommendations. The highlight was undoubtedly the first-class fish and the diverse tasting menu, which demonstrated the creativity of the kitchen. The crowning glory was a refreshing lemon sorbet together with a delicious local cake. This restaurant offers an unparalleled culinary experience that I highly recommend to everyone. A truly unforgettable experience!

Location bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e molto pulita, abbiamo preso un antipasto caprese, mozzarella fresca di altissima qualità, uno spaghetto pomodoro datterino e una genovese, che dire buonissimi!!! Complimenti ancora allo chef!! E infine un tiramisù molto buono... siamo stati serviti e coccolati da salvatore e ciro, professionalità competenza e simpatia!! Grazie per averci fatto strappare tanti bei sorrisi, ci rivedremo molto presto.

I actually don't know where to start! This place is amazing. It has such a classy and sophisticated atmosphere coupled with great views of Mount Vesuvius from the roof bar. The atmosphere morphs amazingly into romantic in the evening. Yet, it isn't pretentious, we arrived in jeans, jumper and walking boots after a long day of sight seeing. Despite this, the service was impeccable. Meeting the Duty Manager man (sorry I think his name was Francesco but I am hopeless with names) was like meeting an old friend. He was extremely welcoming, advised on the best local drinks for our tastes... He was not wrong either! He was also very accommodating when we asked about having dinner there and he got us a space. We also had Anna as our server. Anna was also very warm and friendly but also very patient with us trying our Italian and so kind to help us improve. Anna also had this amazing skill of clearing without being visible. We had dinner at 7pm, when the kitchen opens. There was a four course option for 75Euro. Francesco gave us advised on what dishes he would recommend. I cannot speak high enough of the Beef Tartare and the recommended dish of Pasta with Clams. I have never tasted food like. There are not enough adjectives! My husband had a small pizza type dish and a pasta and potato dish which he is still talking about. This place has everything service, atmosphere, a very high standards in everything. yes its a splurge if you eat, but it was worth every single penny. Francesco, Anna and the team made our wedding anniversary special and very memorable. Honestly 5 starts just do not do it justice.
