Sono stata in questo posto per una cena con amici. Super consigliato, prodotti di prima e ottima qualità, prezzo giusto. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

I went with my partner on Sunday for lunch at the indicated establishment. It wasn't the first time for me, but it's always nice to go back for the elegant atmosphere that reigns in the Roman-era winery but also for the staff who are always attentive and kind. In our case there was Raffaele, who was helpful enough to guide us on a tour of the structure. Lobster linguine and seafood appetizer, super good and delicate. They also have very tempting set menus.

Ci piace andare alla ricerca di tesori culinari nascosti, di cui è ricca la nostra zona. Ci siamo così imbattuti in Vinaria, conoscevamo Villa Eubea come location per eventi e cerimonie (bellissima), ma ignoravamo l'esistenza di questo ristorante, ubicato in una antica costruzione di origine romana, con muri e opus reticulatum a vista, arredato in maniera fine e devo dire spettacolare. Appena entrato percepisci di trovarti in un luogo ricco di storia e l'accoglienza di Raffaele e dello staff ti fa capire di essere capitato nel posto "giusto". Tutto perfetto, dall'entrèe offerta, agli antipasti al primo (spettacolari i paccheri al ragù di ricciola e pomodorini gialli e rossi), al dolce (millefoglie scomposta e semifreddo al cacao e caramello salato). Qualità ottima, prezzi coerenti con il contesto e il servizio e qualità offerti

I went yesterday September 11th for the first time... I was amazed, the location surrounded by greenery, a very professional welcome from the guys and the maitre Raffaele who served us excellent food. And some good wine. Congratulations again for everything.
