The variety of dishes. The flavors of the ingredients. All extremely pleasant.

Passing through Acerra, we arrive at this well-kept restaurant which offers a menu exclusively based on cod. Since I hate cod (and I was already sitting at the table) I accepted the nice challenge thrown to me by the owner and ordered two dishes from the menu. I must say that I didn't feel the strong and "stale" taste that I associate with the product here. The dishes have a Levantine, Middle Eastern echo (savoy cabbage leaf stuffed with couscous). which gives them an exotic depth, intelligently just hinted at. The Esposito family, who also manages a nearby winery, has been trading cod and stockfish for decades. The experience can be seen and... savored

I wanted to eat at Bacalajuò and I did! I ate well and enjoyed the cod in different ways starting from the carpaccio, and as Luigi says, it is a delicate business card because the wonderful culinary journey begins from there. I love cod and when it is cooked well as the chef at Bacalajò does it is a real pleasure. Congratulations to Luigi and his passion and dedication, to the courteous and prepared staff. I hope to return soon. Well done!!!!

Seeing is believing. Cod like you've never eaten before. Chef Ronny then gives his magical touch. Great chef. A restaurant located in the beautiful Piazza Castello, it is an itinerary for those who want to eat something different and original. Inside you will also find a wide range of wines which the house sommelier Andrea will advise you on with the help of the owner Luigi Esposito. Highly recommended.

Location piccola, ma carina con pochi coperti. Il cibo tutto a base di baccalà ben fatto dal sapore ottimo. Nota negativa la pasta che si presentava leggermente scotta (da attribuire al cuoco o alla qualità della pasta? Non lo so!) il costo relativamente caro cmq compatibile con i tempi.

Ambiente molto familiare e accogliente Cibo consigliato e fatto con regole ben precise visto ciò che offrono,veterani da 4 generazioni vi consiglio vivamente di farvi una passeggiata culinaria

Ho amato davvero tanto mangiare da Bacalajuò, una vera e propria esperienza di godimento. Non dovete assolutamente perdere l'occasione di mangiare qui. Sublime

Nella piazza principale di Acerra si apre questo bel ristorante, caratterizzato da un ambiente accogliente e cibo tutto a base di baccalà. Neanche eccessivamente salato, considerato che spesso è accompagnato con gustose verdure e spezie che danno un sapore vagamente mediorientale. Occhio agli antipasti perché fanno lievitare il prezzo, portandoci a pensare che siamo tutti dei ricchi turisti e non degli italiani con stipendi onesti.
