Very beautiful and enveloping location. Delicious and carefully prepared cuisine in the Roman tradition. To be recommended with eyes closed.

Elegant structure located on a hill, enjoying a wonderful view. Varied cuisine but the particularity of the menu is given by the typical dishes of the Roman tradition. Recently included in the fork circuit, you can therefore take advantage of a service with a 50% discount which is definitely a lot compared to the average. Kind and attentive staff, carefully prepared dishes and selected raw materials. I would like to add by reading some reviews that even pointed out that the structure had caused great inconvenience in canceling the reservation with consumption at 50%, I sincerely hope that the gentlemen in question did not have to resort to the psychologist bonus to overcome the inconvenience. Always pay attention to what you write because behind every place there are always people who work and are committed.

Found this while researching what to do for New Year's Eve. Talking to the guys they told us that they have just taken over the structure and are reorganizing it. We had a great time, the rooms are really spacious and furnished in a modern style. The dinner was really good and we welcomed the new year in the best way. They will surely know how to polish up the structure to give it new life

They organized the Confirmation of my 2 children with a simple but delicious menu. The place is welcoming like home, the staff is always available and the price is right. We had a great time and we thank the owner so much for his availability. Thank you

29/01/2024: Davanti il piccolo parcheggio riservato, altri nelle vicinanze. Nella bella stagione viene allestito il dehors nel porticato. Varcato l'ingresso la sala principale con 80 coperti, 45 nella sala a sinistra, 40 e 25 nel soppalco diviso in due zone. La cena: Bevande: - acqua. - birra alla spina chiara piccola. Focacce: - focaccia tipo Recco con prosciutto (certosa e prosciutto cotto). - focaccia a stella (prosciutto cotto e fontina). Dessert (condiviso): - tartufo pistacchio (gelato semifreddo al pistacchio con cuore al pistacchio, decorato con nocciole pralinate e granella di pistacchio). Per una volta abbiamo rinunciato al caffè. Comodo da raggiungere, proposta ampia, servizio organizzato. 16/10/2023: Sbbisno preso per cena due pizze da asporto, entrambe buone. La mia BARACCHINO mi è piaciuta molto, l'unico difetto è il pesto....ho sentito subito un sapore dolciastro in tutta la pizza, non capivo quale ingrediente fosse, così lì ho assaggiati tutti distintamente...il pesto era proprio dolce, senza aglio...non aveva il sapore squisito del pesto. Siccome ne esistono tante marche fantastiche, consiglierei di cambiarlo....anche perché il menu offre svariate pizze con questo ingrediente, la mia ne aveva poco, per fortuna... ma credo che se ce ne fosse di più sarebbe davvero immangiabile. Peccato perché per tutto il testo perfetto.

25/03/2024: It is a huge pastry bar, in an area that is not central in Alessandria but on the ring road with plenty of parking options. The side I appreciate most is the external part with many tables well exposed to the sun (when it is there) and in the summer sheltered by umbrellas. The interior, however, I find a bit sad and cold The service is generally "do it yourself", but knowing this doesn't bother you, also because in this way you are served quickly. The coffee was decent and the desserts I tasted were good
