We ate well here, Schlutzkrapfen, snack boards and pizza. Everything went quickly and the service had everything under control, even though the restaurant was full. The espresso was amazing.

We had dinner at the St. Urban inn on 2 of the 4 days of our vacation, and it was fantastic! My friend even had to become a repeat offender and eat the onion roast both times. There's something for everyone on the menu, the pizza is truly phenomenal and comes fresh from the wood-fired oven, and the portions are generally very large!

Schönes und sauberes Lokal. Küche mittelmäßig bis gut. Die Bedienung sollte sich professionell weiterbilden, wenn sie in der Gastronomie tätig sein will. Ich empfand sie unprofessionell, träge und frech mir und anderen Gästen gegenüber.

08/03/2024: A modern restaurant with minimalist furnishings, in the center of Bolzano. Possibility to choose between à la carte and tasting menus. Fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. Excellent and professional service. Good wine list, mainly Italian. Medium-high prices.
27/02/2024: Certainly one of the better restaurants in the city. Staff quite professional, even if they seem a bit snooty at times. Prices are very high, you should work on that, you get very little for it.

03/04/2024: we ate here on Saturday evening, the room is a very welcoming stube, with the ancient bread oven and a spectacular view of the city. We ordered nettle soup, hemp tortelli filled with goat's cheese, potato tortelli filled with dandelion, spinach dumplings and beef stew: all delicious and very well prepared, with flowers and small details much appreciated (the ravioli fried that accompanies the nettle soup). we were very happy. congratulations to Theresia and Eugen and the rest of the family! we hope to return soon
30/03/2024: We reserved a table there thanks to a tip from a local. It is a very quiet and cozy restaurant and the owners are there for their guests! The selection of dishes is manageable and is calmly explained to the guest. There is no menu. The food is regional and was excellent, but the prices are almost too cheap considering the quality. We made another reservation straight away.
