Today we ate in this little restaurant and it wasn't the first time, yes, because we have known Piatti di Parola for a few years. It is a small restaurant, in one of the most characteristic streets of Cuneo. The owners are two very kind people and you immediately feel at ease. We find the food fantastic! What we liked, from the first time we ate in this restaurant, is the desire for innovation in the dishes that the chef creates. I recommend it and I'm sure that if you are from the area, you will become loyal customers!

Clean place, pleasant atmosphere, warm and welcoming. The owner is truly exquisite. Every dish is taken care of in every detail. Excellent quality food.

We were two couples for lunch on a Sunday, we had 3 fish menus and a meat menu...excellent service, abundant fish menu and excellent all the dishes included, the meat one is average for Cuneo restaurants or rather good...definitely a place to come back..quite correct price especially for the quality!

Restaurant in the historic center, in a cozy environment , minimal but clean furnishings and an open kitchen (and it's not everyone's choice!). You can choose à la carte or between a fish and meat menu. Being a table of 4 we were able to enjoy both and our expectations were not disappointed. Excellent fish ravioli of 2 colors with prawn sauce and compliments for the really soft and light fried fish. Service well executed. Thanks to the owners for their hospitality and willingness to satisfy our requests. Absolutely recommended! We'll be back !

Ci siamo capitati per caso con mia moglie e mia figlia mentre eravamo alla ricerca di un ristorante che avesse posto. Il locale è accogliente e la proprietaria presente e attenta. La cucina è di ottimo qualità, ci è davvero piaciuta. Sicuramente consigliato

Il ristorante si trova in una traversa del centro storico, nel locale, non troppo grande, a parere strettamente personale manca un po di calore.La cucina parzialmente a vista propone menù alla carta oppure un menù degustazione di pesce e uno di carne da noi provato. La qualità riscontrata è sicuramente ottima con un bel impiattamento. Bene il servizio, giusto il conto. Se ci sarà l'occasione torneremo sicuramente per provare altri piatti.

Antica Locanda del Monviso

21/12/2023: Cena tra amici con menù fisso, buona la qualità, ridotte le porzioni, solo tiepida la guancia di vitello servita come secondo. Esagerato il forfait di 10 eur per mezzo calice di prosecco e acqua.
10/12/2023: Gioventù in grande evidenza. Chef capace e creativo ma anche insegnante e pure studioso su accostamenti, abbinamenti e tecnica di preparazione, ed ancora ricercatore di prelibatezze artigianali. In sala una Sommelier perfetta nel suo ruolo, sia come aspetto che come sostanza, sa arrivare al consiglio in maniera brillante e professionale. Il locale è piccolo ma spazioso, la dislocazione dei tavoli permette una discreta riservatezza. Il menù prevede pochi piatti ma che si rivelano perfettamente preparati ed il gradimento è stato totale. Sono lieto di consigliarlo.
