Splendida serata in famiglia immersa in una elegante location con musica soffusa.Abbiamo ordinato piatti sia di carne che pesce e sono arrivati al tavolo dei capolavori.Presentati e cucinati in maniera egregia. una parola a parte per i dolci...semplici,gustosi e raffinati allo stesso momento.Personale qualificato e cortese disposto a elargire buoni consigli al cliente e qualche carineria ormai dimenticata in molti locali.Prezzi allineati alla qualità proposta.Che dire..se ci torniamo sempre da 13 anni un motivo ci sarà...

Taking advantage of the Red's Hotel "Escape for Two" package, we experienced one of the most beautiful stays of our lives! What made everything very special was the dinner in the hotel restaurant "Zafferano Bistrot", a magical experience from all points of view, from the location (bright, elegant, relaxing environment with very pleasant soft music, not preventing the diners from talking ) to the one-of-a-kind culinary experience. The imagination present in every single dish makes each course a small journey of new tastes and flavours, to be discovered with every tasting. They managed to make me like the meat tartare and the lard, which before now had always been hated. The first: an explosion of colors! Sublime! Perfect quantities (I'm a foodie). You can see very well how much care goes into the preparation of the dishes, even the dessert. The impeccable service, welcome aperitif offered, the attention to the glasses of wine from the prosecco glass to the red wine glass, the wines paired with every single dish was greatly appreciated... don't expect a simple dinner in a hotel restaurant , but a real experience! Not to mention the breakfast buffet! Very rich, from savory (pumpkin and scrambled eggs top!) to sweet with a huge choice! It's difficult to find a flaw... perhaps the coffee, the cups too large to make a coffee with a strong espresso. See you soon! Compliments!

Volevamo fare solo un apericena, ma vedendo il menù ci siamo fatti tentare e non abbiamo sbagliato perché tutto è stato veramente perfetto. Bella location, più che ottimo nella professionalità e cortesia il personale, i piatti poi eccezionali: antipasto di salumi e formaggi di grande qualità, mezze maniche con cozze, tagliolini ai porcini zucca e guanciale super, per finire una cheesecake cioccolato fondente e caramello strepitosa. Ottimi i vini abbinati ai vari piatti. Molto buono il rapporto qualità/ prezzo . Quando torneremo in questa zona sapremo dove cenare nuovamente.
