The restaurant is a bit hidden, but luckily we found it while walking in the rain looking for shelter. We found good food and very welcoming staff, we chatted during lunch with the owner who even offered us some of his homemade chilli oil to take away. We leave Urbino with this beautiful memory of the city, every time we use it we will remember this special lunch. PS: the limoncello at the end of the meal was delicious.

A beautiful experience in the heart of Urbino!
The owners welcomed us with warmth and friendliness. The pizzas we ate were excellent and for dessert they let us try some typical carnival sweets: castagnole. An excellent experience. Good guys! We will come back to visit you!

Having returned after 13 years, (I don't remember if the management was the same) the place has remained identical. The kind managers found us a place with a full house. All good. The only negative note is the honey paired with local cheeses. Supermarket honey doesn't enhance the flavors (especially because the dish costs around 12 euros) and isn't even nice to look at. I recommend another choice.

Locale trovato per caso, titolari ospitali e i piatti buonissimi, soprattutto il primo con sugo di cinghiale. Lo suggerisco come ristorante.

Se non avete pretese o esigenze culinarie il Cantuccio è il classico ristorante o 'trattoria' di paese che offre piatti semplici e con un servizio alla mano!
Ho apprezzato molto i salumi e formaggi tipici marchigiani e lo spezzato di maiale alla cacciatora ma da rivedere aimè purtroppo i primi!
Conto un pochino alto per quello che abbiamo mangiato...
