For someone like me who comes from a southern seaside city, it was a nice and pleasant opportunity to taste different products than usual. Satisfaction with the snails (which I hadn't eaten for many years), tagliatelle, coradella, lamb... all perfect. I wanted nothing else.

Che dire la cucina come una volta.. lumache trippa coratella..!! Tagliatelle gnocchi arrosto agnello frutti dolci.. Penso possa bastare... Prezzo sicuramente proporzionati..

Trattoria di montagna con i sapori di una volta a menù fisso. Consiglio di andare digiuni dal giorno prima... Polentina con le lumache, coratella di agnello, trippa in umido, Tagliatelle ai porcini con aggiunta di porcini freschi al momento, agnello in tre modi, fritto, al forno, a scottadito. Per finire dolcetti con il vino di vissciole. A 35 € con un buon vino della casa. Tutto buono, non era la prima volta e sicuramente continueremo a tornare!

Incantevole ristorante di Davide, giovane ristoratore che con il suo impegno valorizza Serravalle di Carda, un piccolo borgo alle pendici del Monte Nerone (PU). Qui ho conosciuto Maria e Giuliano coniugi ospitali di una gentilezza e bontà d’altri tempi. Una cucina locale, di altissima qualità con alimenti selezionati e cucinati con cura. In ogni piatto si sente la passione e il lavoro che c’è dietro. Sono felice di aver assaggiato, oltre che scoperto, la coradella, la trippa e la polenta con le lumache tanto buone da fare la scarpetta in ogni piatto. Posso dire che oggi ho sentito il profumo di “casa” in ogni cosa. Se vivessi qui vicino ci andrei senza ombra di dubbio ogni domenica.

24/03/2024: We had lunch on Sunday, without a reservation, and we also had our dog with us; they made us sit down and immediately brought a bowl of water for him, an attention that was much appreciated.... The location is really well looked after, the staff, in addition to being very courteous, proved to be attentive, present and friendly. We ate fish, carefully prepared, tasty and plentiful dishes. We had a really good time, everything was impeccable. Compliments. We will be back soon and often!!! Prices normal
12/03/2024: Excellent restaurant and a priceless view from which, with your gaze, you can wander, enjoying an aperitif, from the Romagna coast to the first offshoots of the Marche... if you go to Gabicce Monte don't miss the opportunity to stop by.
