Questo posto è semplice e senza pretese. Si mangia molto bene il piatto del giorno, pertanto fatevi consigliare, dato che anche i proprietari lo mangiano. Quando ci vado sono sempre sorpreso di non vedere il locale affollato come in un "Fast Food" dove si spende di più e si mangia molto peggio. Notevoli, a stagione, gli involtini con i broccoletti.

Very good Roman cuisine, the lady who served us is very nice and a good cook, the prices are fair. We will be back, it's like staying at home.

The restaurant looks just like those "of the past". The atmosphere is familiar, the dishes are cooked according to the Roman tradition, with really good products. The fresh bread, the excellent fettuccine with ragu, the appetizing roulade. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back

Yesterday for lunch we stopped with the family in this trattoria, a rustic but welcoming place, excellent value for money: we ordered two fettuccine with meat sauce with two portions of ricotta and spinach crepes, followed by a generous grilled steak, two portions of scallops with lemon, and a plate of coratella with a side dish of a stuffed pepper. To conclude, a divine sweet espresso. All at a more than acceptable price and served by the crackling friendliness of the owners. Truly recommended if you like good food in a genuine atmosphere.

Ieri a pranzo ci siamo fermati con la famiglia in questa trattoria, locale rustico ma accogliente,ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo: abbiamo ordinato due fettuccine al ragù con due porzioni di crepes ricotta e spinaci, a seguire una abbondante bistecca ai ferri , due porzioni di scaloppine al limone, ed un piatto di coratella con contorno di un peperone ripieno. A conclusione un dolce espresso divino. Il tutto ad un prezzo più che accettabile e servito dalla scoppiettante simpatia delle proprietarie. Veramente consigliato se vi piace mangiare bene in un l'atmosfera verace.

I hardly write a review.. I frequent many trattorias... I can guarantee that it is truly the tradition of once upon a time, a rustic place, truly excellent food without too much coaxing... the real grandmother's cuisine, highly recommended....

04/04/2024: Easter lunch with fixed menu. The thing I appreciated most were the appetizers (cheeses and cold cuts). The first ones weren't terrible, rather I'd say they were table-style, not very elaborate and not very seasoned. The second course, the lamb, was excellent but in very minimal portions. The house dessert was nothing other than a few pieces of dove. For €50 each, we honestly expected something more.
03/04/2024: We were there on Easter Monday and I honestly have to say that, although the service was well organised, friendly guys and a pleasant environment, I must, unfortunately, note that the quality of the food was not up to par at all. As soon as we arrived at the table, waiting for our arrival, the appetizer was already there. Medium quality cold cuts, something more than a common supermarket cold cut. The dishes all arrived not very hot, which indicates that they were all not freshly made. Price well above average. Unbalanced quality/price ratio. A 30/35 lunch paid well over (50 euros per person). Unsatisfactory experience. Overall rating POOR

03/10/2023: Mia moglie ed io siamo tornati in questo 'luogo di perdizone' assieme a mia sorella e a mio cognato per festeggiare un compleanno. Questa volta, abbiamo aperto le danze con delle ostriche e nel viaggio gustativo ci siamo fatti guidare dall'ottimo cameriere, più che competente nell'illustrare le differenze tra una qualità e l'altra per renderci ancor più consapevoli del cibo che stavamo assaporando. Non ci siamo poi fatti mancare il tripudio di crudi, cui sono seguiti i primi e la frittura, croccante al punto giusto. Notevole anche il tiramisù. Abbiamo pasteggiato con delle bollicine. Il pranzo si è concluso con un 'Bracco', sigaro italiano da poco in distribuzione che mio cognato ed io abbiamo molto apprezzato. Immancabili il caffè e l'ammazzacaffè per chiudere una degna celebrazione di genetliaco, perfettamente riuscita.
11/08/2023: Pesce di qualità freschissimo e, per il crudo, sapientemente fatto rinvenire dall'abbattimento. Le preparazioni sono arricchite da abbinamenti inaspettati (calamro con ricotta di bufala, delicatissima e a bassissimo contenuto di colestero), ma sempre armoniosi. Quello che emerge dall'esperienza vissuta sono l'amore per le cose fatte bene e la grande esperienza nella gestione di una cucina che richiede estrema attenzione e conoscenza approfondita di un mercato difficile. Bravo Roberto e brava tutta le squadra! Oggi torneremo a pranzo per godere di un'ulteriore esperienza fustosa e gratificante.
