Pleasant weekend in Bari with friends, had dinner in this restaurant recommended by a friend. Everything was excellent, the owners and staff were very welcoming! Spaghetti all'assassina and "dirty muso" highly recommended!

Inventor or not of the spaghetti all'assassina, what you eat here is among the best in Bari. It's always a pleasure to return, the house starter has numerous courses and the raw seafood is always excellent. The cuisine reflects the "baresitá" with generous and well-seasoned portions. It's a shame that the waiting times are really too long and the (very kind) staff is undersized because it's the only problem I encounter every time I go back. By overloading the staff, it happens that a request is satisfied after several requests. The place is a bit old style, but perhaps that's its characteristic. If you manage to book, you will definitely come back!

We are very fond of murderous pasta and we have accidentally entered its inventor's restaurant. Everything delicious, good octopus, seafood and pasta.

To mark on the map, to return and send friends. Recommended to me by the talented photographer Piero Percoco, it offers a dive into the flavors of Bari. All very good and the spaghetti all'assassina is worth highlighting. Wonderfully friendly staff.

I'm sorry, when I arrived in Bari Sorso Lavorato immediately became my favorite restaurant, a real certainty. Then something changed, the famous appetizer started to reduce in terms of variety. Not to mention the assassin who should be the best in Bari and unfortunately isn't even in the top 10 :( I will return from time to time in the hope that it improves and becomes the place it once was. Always excellent service.

Baresita e basta,tutto nella norma delle tradizioni baresi,antipasti ricchissimi,primi di pesce stupendo,secondo con due saraghi freschi e sporcamussi caldi per finire, prezzo ottimo

Da tantissimi anni, il sorso preferito è un ristorante di riferimento per le famiglie “ tradizionali baresi”, il classico ristorante del pranzo domenicale. Pierino , cuoco di esperienza ultracinquantennale, esprime la sua bravura in cucina ed è una assoluta garanzia! Camerieri storici , educati e gentili, VOTO 10 Antipasto composto da polpettine, carciofi sgagliozze, pettoline, mozzarelle burrata e tanto altro , VOTO 7 Spaghetti all’assasina, nati in questo locale , VOTO 10 Pesce spigola e altro pesce arrosto, VOTO 8 Dolci, babà alla crema, cassata e sporcamussi, VOTO 9 CONSIGLIATO !!!

28/09/2023: Ce restaurant propose une cuisine raffinée avec des produits du terroir frais et de grande qualité. Tant la qualité que la quantité y étaient. On a pu y savourer des mozzarella, burrata, légumes frais ainsi que de savoureuses viandes de boeuf cuites comme il se doit. Les vins qui y sont servis sont excellents et le personnel est connaisseur en la matière. Les temps d'attente sont tout à fait corrects. L'accueil, tant du personnel que du patron, est chaleureux. Le cadre est magnifique avec les salles où les repas sont servis, en plein air ou non, sont entourées de superbes jardins soigneusement entretenus avec plantes et oliviers. Il y a même un Trulli. La cerise sur le gâteau est les prix qui y sont en vigueur, tout à fait démocratiques (une entrée pour 2 et un plat principal par personne pour 2 personnes, avec un verre de vin par personne pour 2 personnes en plus d'une bouteille d'eau gazeuse nous coûtait entre 55 et 65€, couvert compris). L'emplacement semble assez isolé en pleine campagne sur une colline sur la route entre Monopoli et Alberobello, au point de se demander comment un tel restaurant puisse être connu et pourtant, les clients sont nombreux et nombre d'entre eux sont des touristes provenant du monde entier, donc pas de problème pour le retrouver et qu'il se fasse connaître, sa réputation tout à fait méritée dépasse probablement les frontières italiennes. Il y a un petit parking intérieur mais il y a de la place à l'extérieur pour stationner sa voiture. Il est néanmoins préférable de réserver car chaque fois qu'on y est allés, il y avait beaucoup de monde. Ce sont les propriétaires du B&B Tenuta Martinelli de Monopoli qui nous l'ont renseigné et on les en remercie encore. Une magnifique découverte.
