Excellent restaurant in the historic center of Polignano. Very nice location, very attentive service and fish menu with a decent choice. Prices commensurate with quality. Definitely a place to return to when in the area. Polignano, like all of Puglia south of Bari, is now full of tourist traps. As a native of Puglia, I'm happy that there are still people like Mr. Fabio who does his job in a professional manner, which is the only way to last over time.

Excellent service with the maitre ready to welcome you and advise you without being intrusive, directing diners to satisfy even the most hidden needs. The dishes are all tasty and cooked with skill and the local culinary art which enhances unique ingredients assembled together with taste and imagination. There is also a baby menu...magical. If you pass by Polignano, don't miss it!

Dall'esterno l'entrata non rende l'idea, ma fortunatamente non mi soffermo sempre alla prima impressione. Una volta entrato, mi son ritrovato ad ammirare con la mia famiglia, una sala cosí bella da togliere il fiato. Accogliente, signorile ma anche rustico, arredato con gusto, pulito, pieno ma non confuso o rumoroso, questo ristorante é cosí bello, da far capire subito di essere entrati nel posto giusto. E cosí é stato. Tavoli ben apparecchiati, un menù accattivante, personale gentile, preparato e presente, il preludio di un pranzo ottimo in tutte le sue pietanze. Buono il vino. Raffinato e competente quello che credo sia il propietario/gestore. Prezzi non per la massa, ma più che giusti per questa qualità e professionalità. Da consigliare e da ritornarci con certezza!

Siamo stati domenica 22 ottobre per festeggiare il compleanno di mia moglie ,e gli ho voluto fare il mio regalo portandola a Polignano a Mare ,e tramite il passaparola di n amico siamo venuti in questo Ottimo ristorante in tutti i suoi aspetti,dalla location al cibo,tutto fresco e squisito,al servizio impeccabile, ai titolari gentili e accoglienti…..ve lo consiglio al 100% se capitate a Polignano a Mare
