Premise: the products are very good, both pastry and rotisserie, even if they have little variety. But the positive things end there. The place is a bit rough, but this is not the real problem but rather concerns the service: slow and inappropriate. At the counters (there are two, one for the pastry shop and the other for the rotisserie), there are a man and a woman who do everything in slow motion, as if there were no customers and, nonchalantly, even for just one person in front (who perhaps takes a few pieces), we will have to wait. They actually moved in slow motion... I'm not joking. And it's a shame because, as stated above, among other things, this is precisely why I gave the 3 ⭐⭐⭐ anyway (otherwise not even 1 ⭐), the products are fresh. Another VERY NEGATIVE thing concerns the rotisserie: before 11.30/12.00 they still have nothing... rotisserie counter EMPTY. That is, a family that goes to the seaside and would like to buy some focaccia (to perhaps eat later on the beach) cannot do so. I have seen many families go by disappointed to see the rotisserie counter empty. They will have lost more than a few thousand euros in the summer... in the only period in which they probably work, also because the area (Metaponto) offers very little in addition to the sea - which isn't very beautiful anyway - and the beaches. I'm sorry for this slightly NEGATIVE review (I gave it 3 ⭐), but I hope it serves as an incentive because it's not possible to go out to this bar around 10.30 and not be able to buy anything or little because they haven't prepared the rotisserie yet

Rotisserie with also pastry department, ideal for having a lunch on the beach. Truly excellent food and pastries that you would want to try everything, including pizzas, focaccias, panzerotti etc... the only flaw is that you can't always find everything, it depends on the time you go because they prepare things at scheduled times, but It's also worth it because of the really low prices.

We ordered a spritz and focaccia as an aperitif, asking to bring glasses and tray to the beach. The owners were very kind and let us have it (obviously we brought everything back afterwards!). Focaccia ok!
