With the new management the welcome has definitely improved. Courteous and attentive service. The pizzas are good. Absolutely worth trying.

Freshly prepared food and excellent quality/price ratio. Very good pizza. Kindness, competence and courtesy in the service. Cozy and well-kept place. Beautiful terrace with sea view. Definitely worth returning.

We had lunch today at Belvedere. Excellent cuisine. A trio of spectacular meat tartare! Everything else delicious. The waitresses were very busy but were very kind! A slightly long waiting time due to the turnout, perhaps not yet expected, but it was really worth it! Compliments!

Ci sono venuto perché immaginavo un bel panorama da lassù. Sino venuto anche perché non potevo credere ad alcune recensioni ed ho ammirato per come hanno dato le risposte...e per un ultimo, ma più importante cosa perché immaginavo si mangiasse bene e siamo stati soddisfatti. Molto simpatica e piacevole la signora in sala 👍

Ho pescato un pesce lucerna a Capo Noli e sono arrivato nel ristorante con l'insolita richiesta di cucinarlo in guazzetto di pomodoro. Senza neppure batter ciglio la titolare dopo quindici minuti mi ha portato una prelibatezza in tavola. Ho ordinato una carrellata di antipasti notevoli. Non ci siamo fermati lì e siamo andati oltre con primi e secondi. Al momento di pagare il conto non volevo crederci, pensavo si fossero sbagliati. Onestissimi, simpaticissimi, qualità eccelsa del cibo e quel tocco di ruvidezza tipicamente ligure che è marchio di garanzia. Dimenticavo la vista: mozzafiato.

Gastronomia Spariglio Carcare

23/10/2023: I had the opportunity to participate in an aperitif to celebrate a birthday. Excellent cutting boards, with top quality cheeses and cold cuts. Delicious truffle tagliolini. All washed down with an excellent prosecco and a very fragrant barbera. Despite the chaos due to the number of people invited (25, to be precise!), the staff was always very attentive to the various requests, very friendly and fun. If the evening was beautiful, part of the credit certainly goes to the staff. What can I say... we will certainly return!
23/09/2023: First time at this place. Excellent cleanliness and exquisite products. Cold cuts and cheeses and many gastronomy products for a fantastic aperitif. Prices more than honest. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
