Biancofarina In Bari

Booked through the fork, a platform where they offer a 20% discount on food. We had ordered pizza for the children and assassin for us parents, they immediately warned us of about a 40 minute wait for the assassin. At this point we also added an appetizer and therefore had lunch practically without waiting. Really good food, thin, killer pizza, not very spicy which is therefore good for all palates.

Very friendly staff, fast, the pizza was a little too thin, thinner than a piadina, but the ingredients were excellent

So...let's start with one thing....the pizza I got...a simple margherita was spectacular....that said, let's now move on to the story of my experience today in this place..... I have always traveled alone....I often eat alone in restaurants and stay in B&Bs alone....but something similar that happened today...is truly new..... I arrive and ask to be seated... it was a beautiful day and with the tables outside... I was sitting at the table outside... but the waitress immediately asks me... are you alone? I....yes....so go inside....there's a table for singles....WHAT? I accept....and I go inside....with irony...I point out to the other waitress that this thing is new to me...and I feel a little ghettoized.....if it were July and there it was 40 degrees inside all the time, would it make me sit?? Even the waitress joked about the fact that I wasn't alone... but I was in the company... of my reflex... the camera...... when it was time to take the order, a daisy, a glass of wine and a bottle of water....that's all you'll take? That's all? Now I say....you want me to order the whole menu, especially after the treatment I've had....obviously the margherita arrives in just under 3 minutes, so I can quickly free up the table for singles....maybe one who's hungrier will arrive. of the undersigned....in summary....the margherita was really good....you have to admit it....the place was nothing special....certainly it doesn't deserve more than 2 stars....but the service , the treatment deserves zero stars....remember....every customer deserves the right respect...it's not like someone travels alone and doesn't deserve to be treated like everyone else...I will return to Bari... .but with you....never again....not even if I have a table of 20 people to bring to you....an Apulian who often comes to Bari.......

Really excellent dinner. Both the owner who looked after us from start to finish and the chef were excellent. From the kitchen they served us spectacular dishes, delicious with fresh products and full of flavour. Prices certainly in line and honest with the quality of the dishes. Congratulations 👍

The food was delicious, but the service was terrible. Uninformed, slow and lost team... I don't recommend

Caskets filled with prawn, confit of yellow datterini tomatoes, prawn tartare with lime and lavender scent. An explosion of subliminal flavors... Highly recommended 🤤

Biancofarina è sempre una garanzia di qualità e professionalità. Ultimamente il menu è stato incrementato con nuovi piatti davvero gustosi e ben presentati dalla nuova chef. Consigliato anche a chi non vuole la pizza che resta comunque ottima
