C’eravamo già stati due anni fa e l’avevano trovato una proposta interessante per Cervinia. Oggi abbiamo qualche perplessità , il menù fatto soprattutto di raclette o carne da cuocere con una simpatica griglia , fa sì che alla cucina spetti solo l ‘onere di portarti un paio d’etti di manzo o pollo con delle salsine preconfezionate, nell’accenderti la griglia sul tavolo, terminando così la loro prestazione. Il tutto a € 32,00 a porzione. Follia.

Tipico nel senso che non trovi concessioni alla modernità, all'elaborazione troppo spesso inutile, a finte raffinatezze superflue. Questo è un piccolo ristorante nel centro di Cervinia, pochi tavoli di legno, dove puoi ritrovare il vero ambiente alpino, menù con poche portate (raclette, fonduta, bourguignonne e poco altro, bella selezione di vini locali e non solo, servizio spotaneo, gentile, giovane. Qui si entra nella vera osteria locale.

17/03/2024: Beautiful hut on top of a plateau at 2000 meters above sea level with a wonderful view of the Monte Rosa peaks and the entire valley of Ayas, Monte Zerbion and in the distance up to the Gran Paradiso group. On-site production and consumption of quality cheese, open only for lunch except on exceptional evenings in summer. Reachable only by excursion on foot or snowshoes, and by car only in summer upon reservation. The hot chocolate is excellent, thick as you can't find it anywhere anymore!!
13/03/2024: Excellent cheeses and the possibility of eating on site is fantastic. The staff is very kind and always ready to tell you curiosities about the place. The homemade desserts are also delicious

24/03/2024: The best traditional dishes of the valley in an authentic, warm and friendly environment. Recommended in all seasons.
21/03/2024: Fantastic food and nice service. Well sized portions. The veal in green pepper sauce was really good. The decor is a bit kitschy and the lighting is terrible. Overall a nice experience 😀
