Finally a five star for "normality". Absolutely on the positive side, nothing fashionable or ostentatious, no ridiculous search for risky or dishy pairings that mimic the starred ones. Simple and yet abundant password. Welcoming Ligurian, courteous without exaggerating, all the dishes pleasant, balanced, right. The price absolutely consistent with the rest. With this I don't mean to say that they were flat and without character, on the contrary, I applaud the balanced and well-prepared cuisine, all good. A place that without making any noise makes you want to return. Surely!!!

I really like Bosio. For a local restaurant off the beaten path, the food is great and the portions are very generous at a reasonable price. Great for a lunch stop when mountain biking in the finale liguria trail mecca.

We are halfway through Easter lunch....only upon our arrival did we communicate that I would only eat vegan....they surprised me!! Everything delicious!!!! Super efficient.

I only used the restaurant area for New Year's Eve dinner and then later for dinner on a Saturday evening. I must say that in both cases my wife and I had a great time. The level of cuisine is certainly above average. The kindness of the staff and the owner is unparalleled. The cleanliness and attention to detail is excellent as is the quality/price ratio of the dishes served. To return again and again. Congratulations and thanks.

The location is beautiful, the room is very bright, the tables are well set and the view of the valley below is excellent. Very good chickpea flour with rosemary, the appetizing mixed starter, the trofie with calamari, prawns and artichokes, decent as was the mixed fried food. The stewed wild boar is good even if slightly too oily. Desserts a little poor. In any case, the experience is positive!

The best restaurant I've eaten at in recent years

Il ristorante Bosio è sempre una garanzia! Servizio impeccabile, si distingue per gentilezza e attenzione verso il cliente. Cibi ottimi, cucinati con cura e materie prime di qualità! La vista è davvero molto bella e permette di apprezzare i colori e la pace dell’entroterra… a poca distanza dal mare. Lo consiglio a tutti!

È stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, consigliato da amici, abbiamo pranzato oggi. Ampio locale con una bella vista sulla Valmaremola fino al mare. Personale accogliente e preparato ed efficiente. Menù particolare vario di terra e mare ottima cucina piatti davvero abbondanti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sicuramente torneremo e lo consiglieremo.

Su consiglio di un amico comune, eccoci alla scoperta (per noi), di questo ristorante. Location gradevole, in un ristorante piacevolmente arredato, luminoso con bellissima vista di colline e mare. Cordialità e gentilezza del personale con velocità nelle ordinazioni e giusti tempi per la preparazione delle pietanze. Menù vario con specialità liguri e di stagione. Piatti molto abbondanti a prezzi contenuti. Tre piccoli nei: 1) all'atto della comanda, non ci sono stati comunicati (per dimenticanza) piatti fuori menù; peccato, perchè avremmo sicuramente gradito gli splendidi funghi fritti che abbiamo visto passare successivamente. 2) Piatti super abbondanti, ma entrambi i piatti di pasta... scotti. Probabilmente per l'affluenza non si è curata adeguatamente il tempo di cottura. 3) I grandi finestroni, bellissima caratteristica del ristorante, sporchi e che vanificavano parecchio la splendida vista (in contrasto anche con la buona pulizia dei locali). Tre peccati veniali che possono essere tranquillamente recuperati e che avrebbero comunque portato il mio giudizio a 5 stelle. Fatti presenti alla titolare i primi due punti, ci è stato riservato un piccolo sconto; poca cosa, è evidente, ma grande gesto che denota squisitezza e professionalità non comuni e comunque che fanno sempre molto piacere. Chapeau ! Torneremo sicuramente ed è comunque un ristorante che consiglio sicuramente.
