20/02/2024: It is difficult to find the right words to describe the mystical experience that Gianni and his wife made us live. A lunch that to define as lavish is an understatement: extremely delicious cured meats, handcrafted, porchetta (dreamlike) caciocavallo, bombette, sausages and trotters, livers (memorable), and finally a delicious and succulent rib-eye cut directly at the table. Some of my guests didn't usually eat meat, they even arrived at the end of the (abundant) meal, telling me that they couldn't wait to go back, because the flavors released by the meat and cured meats were authentic and tasty. All washed down obviously with a good sussimaniello, an excellent local wine. Once again a commendable thank you for the kindness of the owners. Until next time, Vincent

29/01/2024: All very good. Without having booked an evening between Christmas and New Year they welcomed us without problems. Excellent meat. Excellent cold cuts. Experience to be redone. Good service.
