Hidden gem in Polignano! Marco and his family run this small butcher shop/grill. You basically choose your meat and they grill it fresh and serve with potatoes and salad. The selection and quality of his meat is outstanding! We ate well in Polignano, but this by far was our most memorable meal. We ate like kings! Marco, his wife and son are the nicest people and ensure that you are enjoying your meal. They offered us some homemade dessert and a limoncello on the house. Nice wine selection. Inexpensive and delicious! Definitely eating there when I return!

Piccola macelleria a conduzione familiare,con carne di ottima qualità ad un prezzo davvero buono. Se vuoi mangiare in un posto non accalcato dalla folla ma vicinissimo,direi pochissimi passi dal centro di Polignano,bhe questo è il luogo giusto. Proprietari simpatici e disponibili ad ogni esigenza del cliente. ASSOLUTAMENTE DA PROVARE PER CREDERE
