Very nice place, located in a new area of ​​Triggiano which overlooks a nice square, with an external gazebo beyond the internal room, in the gazebo they make tables with a few people, closed and with mushrooms for the winter. Before you sit down you have to order the meat. It is advisable to book. Very kind and helpful staff, who whatever request you make during the evening, immediately brings what you ordered to the table. Very good bombette and sausage. I expected more from the piece of paper I got. But we waited a long time to receive the cooked meat, after ordering, over an hour, fortunately we had taken appetizers. Accepts credit cards. Average price for high quality venues.

1) easy and fast booking with chat; 2) ease of parking; 3) modern and sober location; 4) assorted butcher's counter; 5) excellent quality and prices...table service to be reviewed, because you can't leave a table for 2 people with empty plates considering the place is still empty...but definitely worth returning

Excellent experience. Excellent meat, seared to perfection and left to cook on the stone at the table. The tartare and carpaccio are excellent. Punctual and discreet service.

I went with friends on a Saturday evening, upon reservation. The location is excellent. Meat counter with many varieties on offer. There were eight of us and, skipping the starters, we ordered three Polish beef ribs weighing 1.3kg each, two entrecote, 12 slices of flank steak, with salads. The service was impeccable and fast. The ribs were served on lava stone, and cooked well. Tasty, top quality meat. All washed down with a susumaniello from the "li veli" cellar, red wine. Then they ordered the desserts, all excellent, in particular the babà with cream. Prices normal. I advise.

Siamo stati un sabato sera, previa prenotazione. Eravamo in otto. Ottima location e molto vario il banco delle carni. Abbiamo ordinato tre costate da 1,3 kg ciascuna, di manzo polacco, due entrecote e 12 fette di falda. Il tutto innaffiato con un susumaniello, vino rosso del Salento, della cantina " li Veli ". Le costate ci sono state servite su pietra lavica. Che dire, ottima qualità e servizio ineccepibile. Abbiamo preso pure i dolci, buoni, in particolare il babà alla panna. Prezzi nella norma. Lo consiglio.

Una piacevole scoperta, location carina e personale gentile. Ottime le chips di patate e le polpettine al pistacchio. Gli spiedini potrebbero avere una spinta in più ma nel complesso ottima la qualità della carne. Buonissima la pastiera di ricotta e prezzi onesti, in linea con la qualità offerta. Lo consiglio.

06/04/2024: We just ate an exquisite tomato and mozzarella panzerotto, a panzerotto that flew all the way to Switzerland. Last night my husband brought three of them, and although they ate them the next day they were excellent. A special thank you from Switzerland, we felt the flavors of our Puglia.

13/01/2024: I was at an 18th birthday party at this place. Very quiet, very high quality food, and very friendly and kind staff. I felt very relaxed eating and chatting with people at the table thanks to the background music provided by the restaurant which is also a lounge bar. Everything was perfect, perhaps the only negative point was that in the room we were in, you couldn't dance and so we only ate but all in all it was an excellent experience. Food that satisfies you in every way and they are also very attentive to intolerances as some of the kids at my table were intolerant to gluten for example and they all received high quality gluten-free products like our normal ones. Excellent atmosphere and excellent setup that gives you a sense of tranquility and serenity. Therefore super recommended and to be taken into account for any type of party or for any type of event that you have in mind to organize also because it is located in the central area of ​​Adelfia, quite easy to reach. Perhaps the only point against the location is the limited availability of parking as there is no parking available with the structure but rather street parking. Having said that, I continue to reiterate that if you have an event to organize or a lunch or dinner, you will not regret if you organize it at Eden.
