Great experience! The meat is of excellent quality, the service is friendly and attentive, they pay particular attention to contamination regarding celiacs... what can I say: go and try this excellent restaurant.

What can I say...for me and my family we have classified it as the best restaurant to eat steak or Florentine steak!!!!! The staff is always very knowledgeable and explains to you in the smallest detail the quality and all the strengths of each cut of meat!!!! Excellent and a well deserved 5 stars in Brasa Querta!!!!

Unique experience! Hands down the best meat I've ever eaten, if you love meat, you absolutely must come to Brasa Querta. Joining the splendid gastronomic adventure is also a fantastic professionalism on the part of the staff, who impeccably explained to us the origin of the meats we would eat together with other information. He explained everything so beautifully that I never thought I would be so interested in the story of a “piece of meat”. Truly crazy, the cost compared to what we had is absolutely justified and fair!

Sono partito da Venezia per Brescia, il treno si ferma a vicenza, causa suicidio sui binari. I pulman ci portano fino a San Bonifacio. Devo aspettare 1 ora e trenta minuti, cerco un ristorante alle 21.30. Trovo questo bel locale entro. Trovo una meravigliosa cameriera educatisdima e molto preparata SARA. chiedo se posso mangiare prima, dice tranquillo nessun problema la serviamo subito. Locale molto di classe. Pulizia da tutte le partì comprese le toilettes perfette. Mangiato un super brasato con polenta e salsine, cucina da minimo un stella Michelin. Complimenti. Lo consiglio vivamente. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono e molto interessante.
