We are in Bolzano for work reasons and were looking for a restaurant for dinner This restaurant was recommended to us by a nice gentleman from the enovite wine shop (I can only recommend it). TOP 👍 We were immediately greeted warmly and given a nice recommendation of a few dishes that weren't on the menu My starter was also adjusted upon request There was also some bread, spread and salami as a starter Service: top Food: very, very tasty, tasteful Ambience/view: super nice Wine: large selection and also very good I can only recommend!!

It was nice to have dinner above the rooftops of the historic center of Bolzano. Excellent food and location with high quality ingredients and friendly, attentive and very helpful young waiters, who managed to satisfy our celiac friend very well

Abbiamo mangiato qui a Capodanno. Un menù squisito, altissima qualità, con un servizio di giovani ragazze molto cortesi . Siamo stati nell'ultimo piano... forse sarebbe stato più bello se ci fosse stato un tavolo nel piano principale ma tutto era già occupato. I prezzi nella fascia alta ma lo chef qui è veramente bravo. Altamente raccomandabile !

Posto molto carino, al quinto piano in centro storico di Bolzano, è stata eseguita un’ottima ristrutturazione.vengono offerti pochissimi i piatti però di ottima fattura, le porzioni sono giuste e di prezzi molto sostenuti, tra i 20 e i 35 € a pietanza.ottima la cantina, e ottimo il servizio.

07/04/2024: A wonderful visit to Meran, good food, good wine and owners who put their hearts into it. All fresh food and largely homemade. Since everyone was close to each other and there was a larger and rather louder group, it became a bit uncomfortable and loud, but still a trattoria as you would expect. 👍 Thank you very much
06/04/2024: Leisure trip, looking at the suggestions we notice this place on the podium in the area and decide to try it. I recommend booking, it's really always full! Small place, 30-40 seats, simple but attentive and punctual service. Already reading the menu promises to satisfy the palate, all palates, meat, fish and vegetables, the most difficult part is the choice. Generous portions and well seasoned. The area is full of restaurants and certainly very good ones, but this one really deserves the visit and to be included on the podium! Until next time! 🏅

26/03/2024: Highly professional team from reception to farewell! The room - upgraded to a superior category without asking, of course. Dinner a poem. Excellent concerted young employees. Keep it up!!!
25/03/2024: Worth mentioning is the excellent cuisine and staff 🥰. The wellness area is small but nice and clean - including a very good selection of teas. The rooms are simple but very clean and everything that is important is there. Unfortunately, despite turning off the heating, it was too warm.
