22/12/2025: We had a family dinner yesterday at this restaurant. We ordered Pizza Kebab, Mix Grill, Kebab Panino and Falafel Panino. All dishes were halal, awesome and very delicious. Moreover, the staff was very friendly, especially Salman, who helped us a lot.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a delicious authentic Turkish dining experience.

16/01/2026: It was a wonderful stay. We especially appreciated being able to get a table spontaneously, even though everything was fully booked in advance. So, it's best to reserve ahead!
The quality and price of the pizza were phenomenal.
I've rarely eaten so many pistachios at once!

28/02/2026: I've been frequenting this restaurant for a while now, and I've noticed a marked decline in service lately. Prices have skyrocketed, and the organization within the restaurant is nonexistent. We had booked a table well in advance, even requesting a specific table. Our request was denied. We were shoved into a table with the cook right behind us, prepping the dishwasher and clattering plates. The food, though expensive, could actually be good. It's a shame everything is reheated in the microwave, which, as we know, loses all its nutritional value. The manager definitely needs a course in good manners. Bottom line: it's only worth it for a quick aperitif outside.
25/02/2026: A cute little spot in the historic center. A few tables outside are perfect for an aperitif or a quick bite to eat.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
We had the vitello tonnato, which was one of the best we've ever had. The beer is very good.
We'll definitely be back, and I think it will become one of our favorite spots.

03/02/2026: Great atmosphere with a classic, elegant vibe and very attentive, professional staff. The drinks are well made and reasonably priced. Saturday evenings are a real highlight thanks to the wonderful live music. A perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a quality cocktail, and soak in the ambiance.
31/01/2026: We went to Bolzano to visit the traditional Christmas markets.
We stayed at this hotel.
The bar is elegantly furnished and historic.
There's also a fireplace.
You can feel the atmosphere of Alto Adige.
Rating: EXCELLENT (the best we can give).

16/11/2025: Amazing find in Bolzano! Excelente servicio y la comida... Exquisita! If you are in the area, and you are craving something different or flavors from home (if you are hispanic) this cafe is a MUST stop... The food was truly perfect! I will absolutely go back on my next visit to Bolzano.

10/11/2025: Excellent campsite just outside Bolzano, with a good bus connection. Quiet. Clean bathroom facilities. Perfect base for visiting Bolzano and Merano.
03/11/2025: I was here with my caravan. I've been here several times before and it's always been great. The restaurant used to be fantastic. Give it another try. There's a cycle path right in front of reception that leads directly to Bolzano. The food here is great. Everything's familiar, nothing new.

07/03/2026: First of all: make a reservation – seats on the terrace and in the front, semi-open area are very popular and subject to reservation.
The Nußbaumer thrives on its location, the charming staff, and the fresh cuisine. The menu isn't extensive, but everything is highly recommended!
Let Moritz guide you through the wine selection – he can tell you a lot about the local wineries because he knows them personally. Also, head to the heart of the Nußbaumer – the wine shelves have much more than what's on the menu.
Treat yourself to more than just a pizza and a glass of house wine. It's worth it!
