Caffe Lago In Stresa

We were on Isola Bella, and having visited Caffe Lago- now the Lemon Tree, before, we decided to go in for a coffee. We were shown to a table and given menus. We decided on cappuccinos and a piece of Lemon cake to share. All came quickly and was very good. We then went for a short walk round Isola Bella. It started to rain, so we decided to go back to the Lemon Tree for a snack at lunchtime. This time we sat inside, and when we entered the owner recognised us from previous visits. Again we were given menus and decided on 2 beers, a toasted sandwich and a filled roll. All came quickly and was excellent. We went back a few days later and this time sat outside as the sun was shining. This time we ordered 2 panache drinks and one toasted sandwich to share. All came very quickly and was excellent.

Lemontree ha un bellissimo arredamento. Caffè divino: valeva la pena percorrere 1300 km per questo! Buon cibo. Menu in 4 lingue - anche opzioni vegane. Servizio molto gentile e veloce che parla anche inglese.
