Very friendly welcome and staff. The meal was excellent. too bad the portions are ridiculous (barely 2 bites without exaggeration). We went to buy a sandwich.

Historic place in via Palazzo. The fact of being in an exclusively pedestrian street protects its tranquility, so much so that you can appreciate the background music (Charlie Parker). The menu has few items but in this case it is a positive note. Excellent value for money even if the portions are not abundant: the lasagna with pesto and the aubergine parmigiana are very good. The Ligurian minestrone with fresh vegetables is good. The warm apple pie with cream is very good. Better to book (there aren't many seats) and choose to dine early (the kitchen closes at 9pm). Last note: the sardenaira offered by the restaurant is exceptional.

The place is historic, but that doesn't mean it can't be improved. Decent food with small portions. The menu with few proposals. The desserts are definitely expensive.

Fixed stop for a typical Ligurian lunch. Historic place, normal portions (not to binge), typical Ligurian food, little choice, but very good. Very friendly and welcoming owners. I advise.

15/10/2023: Frequentatori abituali del licale abbiamo già apprezzato la nuova gestione più volte. Ottimi i dolci, porzioni direi essenziali sui secondi di pesce. 120€ in tre per 1 antipasto, 3 secondi di pesce, due dolci e mezzo litro di prosecco. È uno dei migliori in zona e i costi, come per gli altri locali, si sono alzati, più con l'incentivo a prendere più piatti riducendo i contenuti che con il prezzo delle voci.
21/09/2023: Forse la settima volta o forse più. Non mi ricordo quante volte. E non mi ricordo se già recensito. Certamente ogni volta una sensazione positiva diversa. Bella atmosfera. Staff super cordiale. Senza fretta. Pochi piatti per evitare effetto show e che tutti siano esperti gourmet ( tutti intendo i clienti). Bravi e bravi. In due antipasti primo e secondo vino amaro dolce acqua: 105 euro. Pesce e qualità. Prezzi onestissimi.

16/02/2024: Nice evening, very good food. We enjoyed fried anchovies and calamari with an excellent filling, followed by gnocchi with shrimp and trumpets and calamari and chickpea soup, always of good quality and taste. We finished with a delicious dark chocolate cake and a lemon and sage sorbet. Nice and kind service. Just one note that doesn't take away points because of all restaurants now: I go to restaurants to taste new things that aren't easy to prepare and then if you add a good wine it's even better. He asks me 5 euros for a glass of prosecco when at home I have a Valdobbiadene DOCG that I pay 4 euros per bottle: it seems to me that he is exaggerating... In the end I drink a bottle of water and the wine afterwards. In the end, one less profit for the host.... However, for dinner we paid 74 euros and it seems well spent to me
05/02/2024: We were thrilled! The quality and preparation were very good, as was the presentation and the ambience. The Prosecco was also delicious and perfectly tempered. The gentleman is very friendly and accommodating We liked it very much Everything is freshly prepared. The Acciughe frites are even better than my Zia, which I have never experienced before. The pesto was also delicious Grazie mille.
