Short break during the return journey from Rome and stop in Chiusi where I was lucky enough to meet the owner Mrs Valeria: smiling, kind, you can feel that she loves your business. The tart with cream and black cherries is very good, but the Ricciarelli baked by Mr. Armando are sublime. I have no terms of comparison, having never eaten them, but for me they are top marks. The savory focaccia with cherry tomatoes is also good. I will return to visit Chiusi and taste other specialties from Forno di Armando.
