The weekend is a bit chaotic but always welcoming. The food was good but the presentation could be done better.

I had the pleasure of trying this excellent pub during a concert. The service is great with friendly staff. This time I tried the pizza and it was good, next time I will want to try something else as the hamburger sandwich looked tempting.

Beautiful evening spent at the Diplomatico in Altamura. Beautiful, impeccably furnished room. We were welcomed in a kind manner, very helpful staff despite the presence of so many people. Present the cover of Coldplay who sang many songs. We ate divinely. Super recommended. Also great for parking.

Trascorso un sabato sera... il caos, un'ora x essere serviti, posti a tavola stretti, camerieri un po maldestri. Il cibo buono. Tutto molto assordante, la musica a volume piuttosto alto tendeva a far alzare la voce ai numerosissimi clienti...

04/04/2024: In the historic center of Monopoli, a pleasant discovery. Refined venue. First choice raw materials and superior quality, careful preparations. Friendly, polite and attentive staff to customer needs. The owner, very helpful, with a great knowledge of the history of his city. Absolutely correct quality/price ratio. Highly recommended!!!
01/04/2024: Attracted by the storefront, ultimately very disappointed. This is our story: -very nice interior decoration. -minimalist content -Treeeees long service… 2 hours for a tartare and a pasta dish. It's good but long. For those who have 2 or even 3 hours to eat lunch and who are not too hungry.

26/03/2024: Beautiful restaurant by the sea, location for 9, very good typical dishes, fast service.
25/03/2024: Very beautiful location with repurposed antique pieces (see the chandelier made from an old lamp). Having lunch with the sea next to you is always beautiful! I recommend the raw seafood and sea urchins but I strongly advise against the tagliolini with clams as it turned out to be tasteless. The clams were good but the pasta seemed not to be creamed and seasoned so we didn't like it and pointed this out to the owner who agreed with us but without intervening in any way. In some cases sincerity is appreciated but you cannot serve three poorly made first courses without making up for it in any way, I think it is a shame to have good raw materials and not valorise them in the dishes. The staff was quite friendly.
