Typical Ladin cuisine restaurant in San Vigilio (fana means pan) in a typical mountain house with wooden paneling on all surfaces. The environment is very warm and welcoming, regular customers address the owner with expressions such as "we always gladly come to your house for dinner!". Excellent service. The menu is rightly not very extensive: the only appetizer tried, the crafùn, a kind of fried savory donut with classic ragù on top, was excellent. The first courses are good, among which the carob flour tagliatelle with game ragù stand out, delicate and truly pleasant. The desserts are excellent, especially the amaretto semifreddo with chocolate sauce. Will come back often! Prices appropriate to the quality of food, service and location.

Recently, my group of 12 friends had the pleasure of indulging in their exquisite menu, and we were unanimously impressed with both the ambiance and the quality of the food. The deer tartare and the strudel were standout dishes that left us craving for more. Serata bellissima, in sala ancora tutto il calore che ha sempre dimostrato la famiglia. Cibo ottimo, servizio con professionalità e anche coccole, siamo stati benissimo, nonostante mancassimo da 20 anni, è ancora tutto buonissimo e bellissimo. Siamo già stati alcune volte in questo locale , come sempre l'attenzione per il cliente e la gentilezza del personale sono il loro punto di forza . Ottimi i funghi porcini freschi fritti (veramente degni di lode) . Buono l'agnello alla griglia e il secondo di medaglioni di cervo ai frutti di bosco. Purtroppo sproporzionato il costo dei 2 secondi (33,00euro) cadauno per la risicata quantità. Hanno aumentato considerevolmente i prezzi.
