Free To Eat fritti&Pizza In Bientina

My favorite gluten free pizza place! Their GF dough tastes incredible! The only thing I don’t like is recently they changed it where you can’t substitute out toppings without a charge / it didn’t used to be that way. Sometimes a manager can overrode it for you. Decent prices compared to what you often find in ATL

My husband and I recently had our wedding rehearsal dinner at Fritti. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because it was perfect! From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was attentive, prepared and so friendly. Steffen Van Deinse, the general manager, worked with me on coordinating everything. I asked him a ton of questions but I also really valued his opinion on menu and beverage selection. He was thorough and super responsive. And I will say...I called SO MANY places to have the rehearsal. I cannot tell you how many places never returned my inquiry or took forever to follow up on questions. Steffen was so nice to work with and very clear on the process and details. All our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food. I cannot thank Steffen and his team enough for their professionalism and their kindness. They made our rehearsal dinner so special and we are very appreciative! Thank you so much!

Love Fritti. One of the best Cesar salad in town. Love their pizzas. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly service.

A great evening at Fritti, comfortable, fun, the usual weekend crowd. The salad and pizza were tasty. A gem in the L5P area.

Siamo capitati x caso io e mia mamma dopo una visita alla piccola bientina.proprietari napoletani gentilissimi! Ma la cosa che piu mi ha entusiasmato e' stata la bonta' della pizza mangiata! Ottimo l impasto saporito e croccante, ottimo il pomodoro e ottima la mozzarella che filava! Complimenti davvero! Sarei a 360 recensioni di ristoranti ma ho cambiato il cell e non riesco piu a antrare nel vecchio profilo.la mamma ha mangiato in macchina la sua parte di pizza che si era freddata.mi ha dato un pezzo e anche fredda era ottima! Torneremo appena possibile.

The vibes, food, drinks and aesthetic were all on point. Lots of variety around the menu, with a knowledgeable staff on the available options and ingredients to boot. I will say the tables were quite close together for my liking, I could very clearly hear the tables to my left and rights conversations. The service was also a little slow (food was very swift, drinks were slow both rounds), but I fully appreciate that could be beyond the employee's control. First time back in four years and I doubt it will be as long before my next visit.
