Entrati per caso nell’ora di pranzo in questa piccola osteria sotto i portici della piazza centrale di Ostia siamo stati accolti con cortesia dal titolare che ci ha consigliato un primo di chicche alle vongole e un secondo con polpo al sugo Tutto eccellente pesce freschissimo annaffiato da un calice di bianco delicato e profumato Quantità giuste prezzo nella norma Fine pasto con ottimo Tiramisù della casa con vino passito offerto Assolutamente consigliato Torneremo sicuramente per provare altre delizie

I often go there for aperitifs. Excellent quality of ingredients, cured meats and cheeses, including special ones, all delicious. Excellent service.

Ottima esperienza di aperitivo. In coppia abbiamo preso salumi di mare e brischette, tutto fresco e di qualità. Anche il servizio è stato impeccabile. Se vi trovate a Ostia passate di qui.

Excellent aperitif experience. As a couple we had seafood cured meats and brischettas, all fresh and of high quality. The service was also impeccable. If you are in Ostia stop by here.

We stayed at Gastaldino twice and loved it! The friendly Paolo, his wife and his team conjure up new creations that thrilled us. The bruschette with porchetta and mortadella di mare surprised us and was super tasty. The carbonara was the best we've ever tasted! Crispy guanciale and creamy sauce with lots of Parmigiano. Incredibly delicious! Thank you, we can only recommend this restaurant!

Che c'è c'è Ristobistrot

02/04/2024: Damiano and his wife are exceptional people, we met them years ago when they ran a restaurant in Prima Porta and we went to visit them even though they were far away. Damiano's cuisine (who loves his work) respects the raw materials, does not add oils or flavourings, delicate and well blended flavours, you can feel the great work that goes on behind the scenes.
16/03/2024: Pizzeria rinnovata, ho mangiato degli antipasti fritti e mi sono sembrati sopra alla media di quelli serviti in zona, la pizza romana fina cotta a legna invece è risultata un po’ secca senza infamia e senza lode, i dolci non male ma in generale la cucina deve lavorare un po’ meglio.
