10/05/2024: I am pleasantly impressed by this "seaside trattoria". I ate very well and spent little, but then is it possible?!?! The atmosphere is a bit noisy, the service isn't exactly fast, but it was Saturday and there were a lot of people, the appearance is that of an 80's trattoria, but the friendliness and kindness of the waiters really put us at our ease. I can not wait to come back
13/04/2024: Wide choice on the menu, including dishes recommended by the chef and seafood first courses. SUPER recommended seafood salad! Good marinated anchovies. Spaghetti allo scoglio lacked that extra something... PS: I brushed everything off anyway. 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ Hearty and light fried calamari and prawns. Advised! 👍 Wide choice on the menu, including chef-recommended dishes and seafood entrees. SUPER recommended seafood salad! Marinated anchovies good. Spaghetti allo Scoglio lacked that extra something... PS: I still brushed it all off. 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ Fried squid and shrimp plentiful and light. Recommended! 👍

Lo Scarabocchio

22/03/2024: A restaurant in Northern Rome, where you can meet with family or friends and eat well. All in all, a comfortable room, if it weren't for the cold light lamps, which are blinding and really annoying and whether you like it or not you almost always end up in front of it. Very nice garden with veranda. Excellent quality-price relation. The fish-based menu for 30 euros is surprising. Meat menu at 25.00. Drinks not included. I give three stars for the lamps.
17/03/2024: Discovered by chance, Lo SCARABOCCHIO is almost invisible but once inside you are greeted by a large and peaceful garden that instantly makes you forget the comings and goings of Via Giustiniana. The staff is very welcoming, thoughtful and efficient even in managing any changes to orders. The menu is very varied whether you choose the fixed menu or the à la carte one and the main dishes are plentiful and well packaged. Very tasty and balanced in flavours. Definitely worth repeating and highly recommended.
