One of my favorite places in Puglia... in a refined environment you will find the owner who is an excellent connoisseur of wines and local products. Highly recommended!!!

I started first from the wine shop next door (always from the same family) where you could taste excellent wines and a platter as an aperitif. After which we moved to the restaurant... excellent place, appetizers and homemade dishes all accompanied by an excellent fireplace

Piacevolissima serata. Incontrato per caso il posto durante un giro nel centro storico di Mesagne, veniamo accolti con disponibilità e garbo. Ragazzi gentili. Servizio veloce anche se a dire il vero l’orario non era di punta. Antipasto abbondante anche se semplice. I secondi di carne ottimi. Consiglio le braciole al sugo che a mio avviso erano davvero ottime. Anche il vino della casa aveva un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personalmente ci tornerò non appena di nuovo da quelle parti.

Typical restaurant with simple cuisine and homemade flavours. The place is a well of history, with attention to detail with memorabilia from different years. From the owners the kindness of home. In summer it is very suggestive to have lunch or dinner in the ancient square of the historic center.

Excellent trattoria in Mesagne discovered during the visit to the Caravaggio exhibition. Family and friendly atmosphere, the menu included excellent and abundant homemade appetizers (mushrooms, breasts, meatballs, mozzarella, parmigiana and so on and so forth), 1 first course of 2 of your choice and a fried seafood served in the centre. Drinks, house wine, dried pasta and liqueurs... in short, we staggered out. All for 30 euros each! Excellent service.. keep it up!

We are used to poor and expensive appetizers, but in this wonderful place, in addition to the abundance of dishes there is also attention to the quality of the product. Excellent first courses and the same goes for the second courses and the meat! It should be added that we went for lunch for the Immaculate Conception and even with a full house the service was excellent.

Ristorante tipico nel centro di Mesagne, offre un menù interessante con alcuni piatti della tradizione e altri un po' più ricercati. L'antipasto della casa è ricchissimo e buono. Ottimi e abbondanti i primi. Sapori non sempre indovinatissimi, ma nel complesso buona esperienza anche grazie a un competitivo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

29/02/2024: Turning around these extraordinarily deserted streets of San Vito dei Normanni we saw a mirage, a light, a dazzle among so much sand and small dehydrated cactus plants we encountered the Chers. We entered this little enchanted, enchanting, in short, wonderful place and we saw in him the great incomparable God who came down to earth, for us, at that moment MOSTLY a disciple, a proselyte. He welcomed us with his unironic but sincere irony saying, from the first moment, "mena ca nama sci" listen to us o sir (let's pray). We asked if it was possible to drink a beer, unaware that we would be served not a beer but a heavenly drink, blond, fresh, welcoming and kind for the price of just €2.50: it was a strong, intense, unique emotion! ( always be praised) If you, like me, want an opportunity in your life, a chance, a revenge, a redemption you should come here, yes right here. 17/02/2024: I stopped nearby for work and ate at their place for 5 dinners. I explored the entire menu of typical things and also tried the pizza. Never a disappointment, everything excellent, quality and honest prices. Also mention for the chef and the staff, professional and friendly. Thanks, if I'm back in the area I'll definitely stop by.
04/02/2024: Staying anchored to the past, where in the trattorias there was the desire to be together, where the voices of the diners were loud enough to dominate the silence of today, all anchored to a screen! Friendly and helpful owner. Trattoria Pizzeria with the possibility of choosing meat to roast in plain sight, not very high quality but good! Thin pizza, classic old-fashioned dough, possibility of GLUTEN-FREE dough and LACTOSE-FREE ingredients including mozzarella. Experienced environment with many souvenirs and ornaments accumulated over time. A personal tip: redo the sign and give a touch of white to the internal walls. Prices below average. The only flaw is that the smells from the kitchen spread onto the clothes, so a washing machine afterward is mandatory!
