Oggi 1 novembre, ho deciso di portare la mia famiglia fuori a pranzo. Con mia moglie e la nostra bambina abbiamo scelto questo storico ristorante che, mi avevano detto, avere una nuova gestione. Ero un poco perplesso ma poi, quando ho visto il menu mi sono reso conto che sbagliavo. Completo e con pietanze stimolanti. Un antipasto, speck di angus, in due. Tre primi, un pizziccheri, un risotto al persico e un pasta in bianco per la bambina. Due secondi, un polpo e una tagliata di manzo teneressimi tutti e due. Due dessert strepitosi dello chef, il parfait alle mandorle. Impiattamenti da alta cucina, attenzioni per la bambina (una semplice pasta in bianco impiattata con un fiore di pomodoro), pietanze gustose e sostanziose. Il dessert..... una cosa mai mangiata prima. Strepitoso! Come se non bastasse, lo chef Villanova ci è venuto a trovare a tavola e, soprattutto a parlare con nostra figlia chiedendogli cosa voleva mangiare di secondo. Se questo non è attenzione verso il cliente! Congratulazioni allo staff e specialmente alla cucina e allo Chef.
