Not a 4 star hotel in our opinion. Right out in the suburbs, in fact on the edge of an industrial estate and an auto route. We had to walk from the train through the estate at night which was not pleasant. The hotel is worn and tired looking inside and out. Reception area was not at all welcoming and the manager very abrupt. The restaurant and bar area always looked closed although they were open and no apparent staff around. Our room was ok and had everything we needed for our two night stay. Saving grace was the tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was nice and plentiful.

I was very pleased with both the environment and the food

Clean, bright and tidy place. The food is good, the pizza is very good, the menu needs to be changed every now and then. The staff is very attentive in the dining room, they are incredibly kind and quite professional. Thanks to all the staff in the dining room and in the kitchen 👍👍
