One of the best pizzerias by the slice in Orvieto, now my favorite because it is superior to all the others. Strategically located a stone's throw from Piazza della Repubblica along the city street, it is appreciated for many products, wages and sweets. But the pizza is really excellent with tasty and never heavy dough, as well as being cooked to perfection and well seasoned. You absolutely must try the white one, mozzarella, mortadella and pistachio...a true pleasure of flavours. Very kind and friendly people.
