I gave 3 stars, but I can't comment. I went for lunch during the week and the place was deserted, there was nothing ready, evidently they cook everything at the moment and that's a plus, if you have time, I asked for a pizza and the oven was off. I will try it in the evening, but I certainly can't suggest it for a quick lunch break.

Tonight in Castellana Grotte, at the pizzeria - grill "Il COVO" it turned out to be one of the few open in the area on Monday. Nice, welcoming, well-furnished medium-sized place, with outdoor tables in good weather. Sufficient quality and ingredients of the pizza, well cooked in a wood oven, the thin type without a crust. Personally I found the pizza a little too thin. Normally the Neapolitan pizza recipe requires a loaf weighing between 200 - 280g. for a diameter ranging from 22 to 35 cm. 👍😜.
