The quality of the raw materials is impeccable. We had lunch with a scottona of beef (from their breeding and served on a hot cast iron griddle) with a side of rocket and parmesan. Spectacular. And then canederli, tagliatelle with venison ragout and other local specialties. Wide pairing with local wines. And a little outside the center of Cavalese. You can get there by car. Convenient outdoor parking.

Excellent Tyrolean restaurant, very tender meat brought to the table on the lava stone while fully cooked If I'm in the Cavalese area it's a regular stop Inside the restaurant there is also a butcher's shop Splendid location in a large valley surrounded by mountains

The place is adjacent to the laboratory, the product shop and the cattle farm, in an isolated place. The food is good, in line with the large numbers they handle. I was here about ten years ago and I think I will return again.

A cena con amici..Cibo buono ma troppo saporito tra condimenti, spezie e varie, per alcuni al limite dell'eccesso.

Siamo arrivate alle due e la cucina era chiusa ma ci hanno fatto un tagliere con salumi e formaggi deliziosi. Lo shop poi è il regno delle cose buone d genuine
